High school announcements for the week of May 13, 2024.
On Saturday, May 11th, the Senior Class embarked on an unforgettable journey to Craig’s Cruisers, marking a day of sheer exhilaration and camaraderie. This adventure was the culmination of their diligent fundraising efforts over their high school years, showcasing their ability to come together and achieve a collective goal. Their hard work paid off in the form of an action-packed day, where they had the opportunity to indulge in three hours of unlimited attractions. The offerings were vast, ranging from the high-flying fun of a trampoline park to the competitive spirit of go-kart racing, and the strategic gameplay of laser tag. Additionally, the students were granted access to an endless buffet, ensuring that their energy levels remained high throughout the day.
The planning and execution of this trip were in the capable hands of the class officers, who demonstrated remarkable leadership and organizational skills. They took on the responsibility of contacting Craig’s Cruisers to negotiate a deal, meticulously selecting a date that accommodated everyone's busy schedules, including spring sports commitments, and arranging for transportation to and from the venue. Their dedication to creating a memorable experience for their classmates was evident in every aspect of the trip.
The success of this outing was unmistakably reflected in the joyous expressions of the students. The smiles that adorned their faces were a testament to the fun they experienced on that special day. It wasn’t just a celebration of the end of their high school journey but a recognition of their unity and hard work. This trip to Craig’s Cruisers will undoubtedly remain a cherished memory for the Senior Class.
